Connect the Dots Projects & Consulting will provide comprehensive planning, production, and management support for Sit Stay Read’s Bark N’ Ball Gala, including full project oversight, budget tracking, coordinated communications, and development of all planning documents and timelines. Services include volunteer recruitment and training, creation of a detailed Run of Show and event schedules, rehearsal coordination, and strategic guest-flow design. On the event day, CTD will serve as onsite producers, overseeing stage management, technical elements, check-in, guest services, and coordination with all vendors and auction partners. Post-event, CTD will deliver a full debrief report, budget reconciliation, thank-you messaging, and an organized archive of all design, media, and production assets.
